MEET CARSTEN

Carsten started his Yoga journey in 2011. He immediately noticed there was more to Yoga than just physical benefits. Two years later, he traveled to Mysore in India to complete his 250+ hours teacher training with Bharath Shetty - an experience that changed his life on many levels. Back to Berlin he immediately started to teach and has continuously been teaching ever since: classes for friends in his living room, corporate classes for Berlin based companies and private classes. His intention is to share his experience with others and to help them to find their personal practice.
